For those that are not under contract or cannot be supported by the OEM, we offer extra services to ensure you have flexibility with your device management, moving forward.
Our repair center works on around 5,000 devices per month, and many more in total, either refurbishing them for sale or supporting users who require testing throughout their product lifecycle. We can create bespoke services depending on your requirements, including:

Buffer Stock Management
For MiTEQ to provide a next day swap service, we need to hold buffer stock which, in most cases, is owned by the customer and managed by MiTEQ. We will ensure that there are enough units in buffer to cope with the return rates of the customer and the repair cycle.
MiTEQ provide a helpdesk which runs through some diagnostic queries and also uses the MDM solution to remotely access devices, if necessary. This can be dialled up/down depending on the customer’s level of requirement.

Samsung KME - Can't be tampered with. Even if a KME-enrolled device is factory reset. The MDM/EMM software will be automatically reinstalled and the user will be re-enrolled.
Apple Business Manager - Streamlined enrolment. Guide users through simple on screen activation process and remove/skip them past stages not relevant to them.
